How FdeFlow handles waitlist signups, account data, creator content, connected provider keys, and product usage information.

Effective date: June 21, 2026

These pages are a practical launch template for FdeFlow and are not legal advice. Review them with a qualified attorney before paid launch, especially before adding billing, YouTube OAuth, AI provider keys, or platform-provided credits.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how FdeFlow collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, or later use the FdeFlow YouTube automation platform.

FdeFlow is currently in pre-launch mode. Some product features described here, including team workspaces, billing, AI provider integrations, and YouTube publishing, may become available in later phases.

2. Information We Collect

Waitlist information: when you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, optional name, signup source, waitlist position, and signup date.

Account information: when accounts become available, we may collect your name, email address, authentication details, workspace membership, role, preferences, and related profile information.

Product content: if you use the platform after launch, we may process content you provide or generate through FdeFlow, such as channel details, briefs, scripts, thumbnails, voiceover instructions, upload metadata, prompts, comments, workflow settings, and calendar events.

Integration information: if you connect third-party services, we may process connection data needed to provide the service, such as YouTube OAuth tokens or your own AI provider API keys. We will use those credentials only to provide features you request.

Technical information: we may collect device, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, analytics events, and similar data used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the waitlist, send launch updates, provide product features, maintain accounts and workspaces, process support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve FdeFlow.

When you bring your own AI provider keys, FdeFlow uses those keys to send the requests you initiate to the relevant provider. We do not use your connected API keys for unrelated purposes.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and creator workflow trends, but not to identify you personally.

4. Cookies And Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep sessions secure, understand site performance, and measure basic product usage.

If analytics or advertising tools are added, this policy should be updated with the provider names, purposes, opt-out options, and cookie categories before public launch.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us host the app, store data, send email, process payments, analyze usage, provide support, or secure the service.

If you connect YouTube, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Stability AI, Stripe, or another integration, we share the information necessary to complete the action you requested with that provider.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect FdeFlow and our users, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. Data Security And Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should use strong passwords and keep API keys confidential.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You can ask us to delete your waitlist information or account information where applicable.

7. Your Choices And Rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

8. Children

FdeFlow is intended for creators, teams, and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International Use

FdeFlow may be operated from and hosted in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules.

10. Changes And Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, email, or the service.

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@fdeflow.com. Replace this with the final support or privacy email before public launch.
